For me, photography has always been about being in the right place at the right time. Once in awhile, a horse saunters over and says hello or the sun puts on a dazzling display as it dips behind the mountains. Sometimes a magical moment appears and I wonder if the spirit world is peeking through, a little bit of heaven here on earth.

My images are about my life: the misty fields where I take my morning walk or the sunflowers who have volunteered to have a celebration in my best friend's back yard. When life and art intersect, I find joy bubbling up and my soul singing. My photos were all taken in Montana but many of them could be anywhere where God's handiwork is evident — from the heart of America to the heights of the Himalayas.
